Salon Policies

I'm excited to connect with you and help make your hair journey inspiring for you! It is my priority to always provide quality, top tier services, so there are some general policies to ensure we have the best experience together, that your time is respected, and that I'm able to do my best work.

Before you book

  • Exclusive, one on one time has been blocked for your visit, so deposits are required for all appointments and are nontransferable/nonrefundable. 

  • Please do not book an online color service without first emailing me here if you are looking to go lighter and have any previous darker color, rinses, henna (black, brown, red, etc.) or if you have a lot of damage that you are not willing to cut off. An in person test strand/consultation will be needed, so your visit may be cancelled if we aren't able to complete that in time. 

  • Color prep instructions can be found here and will be included in your confirmation emails. Please read and follow instructions. 

Day of your Appointment

  • The salon space is intimate, so please do not bring any guests with you to your appointment.

  • Late Policy: Plan for traffic and parking. After 15 minutes you will need to reschedule your appointment with the deposit withheld or adjust services to be fair to those booked after you. Likewise, my goal is to get you started within 15 minutes.  I do my best to stay on time or as close as possible to this and am likely to do outside of elements out of my control.

  • Please buzz in to suite 401 in the lobby (not the outside door).

 

Rescheduling and Cancellation

  • Color Services: A lot of time and detail is put into color services, so respectfully, the deposit paid for these services is nonrefundable/nontransferable and handled on a case by case basis. Please contact me via email to reschedule any color services vs rescheduling online to avoid your deposit being withheld. All services rescheduled online will be cancelled if there is no communication.

  • Regimen Services: I respectfully ask for 48 hours notice for all rescheduling or cancellations. You may be cancel your visit online prior to the 48 hour cut off. After 48 hours you must email me. For select services, the deposit will be held as it is nontransferable/nonrefundable due to the timing blocked.

  • No Call/ No Show appointments will not be able to book in the future without full payment at the time of booking.

Appointment Guidelines

  • You may have fruit and non-messy snacks, but please do not bring food to your appointment. I thank you for helping clean the space clean.

  • Masks are optional. Please do not come to your appointment exhibiting fever, body chills, excessive sneezing/coughing (outside of allergies).
