The health and timeliness of your service is important to me, so there are some steps that help to make sure this process is easy and healthy on the hair. Please ensure your hair is THOROUGHLY detangled all the way to the scalp and stretched via blow out, braid out, or twist out  (in order of effectiveness) before receiving any color services.

HAIR MUST BE BLOW DRIED FOR ALL BLONDE COLOR SERVICES  

If your hair does not have a lot of shrinkage (looser curl/wave) and isn't prone to tangles, you may wear a wash and go style. You may use leave in conditioners, light oils/butters, and light creams, but please make sure your hair is free of hardening products, gels, heavy oils, and heavy butters. Hair must be clarified or shampooed within 5 days of visit, but please avoid scratching the scalp and adding OLAPLEX treatments. All of these elements affect the precision, predictability, and health of your color service. Failure to follow these instructions will result in a minimum of a $40 shampoo/detangle charge or a cancelled visit with deposit withheld.

LOC COLOR PREP: 

Please ensure your hair is free of any protective styles, twists, and updos and free of product build up. The hair does not have to be freshly shampooed unless you have visible and noticable build up of products, gels in your scalp, which can affect the lifting process of the hair.
